By browsing this site or commissioning an audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement. Written proposals for audit work may add engagement-specific conditions that prevail over this page where they conflict.

Services described

Content on this site describes independent audit and assurance-style reviews for fintech firms. Website descriptions are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in a signed proposal or engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original graphics belong to Platform Data Connect or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written consent. Findings packs delivered under an engagement remain subject to the IP clauses in that engagement letter; clients typically receive a license to use the pack internally and with named regulators or banking partners.

No professional advice beyond the engagement

Field notes and general website copy are not legal opinions, regulatory filings, or substitutes for counsel. Formal conclusions arise only from a commissioned engagement and are limited to that scope.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Platform Data Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use. For commissioned audits, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the engagement letter and typically limit liability to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Taiwanese law prohibits such limitation.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms post to a mock endpoint for demonstration of client-side validation; production intake may use alternative channels confirmed by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable. Engagement letters may specify venue for professional disputes.
