Types we use
Essential: store your cookie consent choice so the banner does not reappear on every visit. The site remains usable if you reject non-essential cookies.
Analytics: set only if you accept. Used to understand aggregate readership of field notes and key pages—not to build advertising profiles.

How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. Clearing site data in your browser removes the stored preference and may show the banner again. You can also block cookies in browser settings; essential consent storage may then be unavailable and the banner may reappear.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts from Google Fonts may cause network requests to Google when pages load. We do not embed third-party advertising cookies. Image hosts such as Unsplash may receive standard request logs when images load.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics does not remove access to audits information, forms, or legal pages. Only optional measurement is skipped. Blocking all storage may reset consent on each visit.
